Citi Open Account Manager by Ticketmaster is your one-stop shop for all online account management. You can now track ticket usage and update portions of your profile, all from your own personal online account while at your home or office. You will also be able to get more out of your ticket investment by having the ability to forward or sell your tickets to friends, co-workers, or other guests via email from your own computer. Your seats will never go unused again.
ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT TODAY
Step 1: Go to citiopentennis.com/tickets and click on the Account Manager link.
Step 2: Log-in to your personal account with your Account Number or email address and PIN Number (password).
Step 3: Start managing your tickets.
EDIT YOUR PROFILE
With online access to your ticket account, you can easily update your account profile at any time. This includes important contact information such as your phone number and email address. Be sure to keep your email address up to date to receive important notifications and tournament news.

SELL OR BUY TICKETS
Through Ticket Exchange on Account Manager, you have a safe and secure method to sell tickets and buy tickets directly from other ticket holders. Please note that once your ticket is sold to another tennis patron you will not receive a refund or cash, but your account will be credited for future purchases. NOTE: This is the only tournament sanctioned secondary ticket selling option.
PRINT YOUR TICKETS
You can now print your 2014 Citi Open tickets on your Account Manager. Please make sure to choose the correct delivery method (ticket stock or print at home) while renewing your seats.
EMAIL YOUR TICKETS
Now you can send your tickets to virtually anyone up to two (2) hours before the box office opens each day of the tournament via Ticket Forwarding. This service allows you to email tickets to friends, family, clients or other guests when you can’t attend a session. Ticket Forwarding is an inexpensive alternative to other delivery options and provides a secure way to ensure your tickets get used.
HOW IT WORKS
Each of your tickets carries a unique barcode. During the forwarding process, the barcode on your original ticket is cancelled and a new one is issued electronically. The recipient is emailed a new TicketFast ticket with a unique barcode that can be printed out on an 8 ½" x 11" page with any standard computer printer.
Ticket Forwarding is an inexpensive alternative to other overnight delivery and courier services and provides a secure alternative to ensure your tickets get used.
